BCE is a USA Canoe/Kayak
(USACK) Whitewater Slalom Training Center. Membership dues
help the BCE provide financial support, training facilities
and coaching to dedicated athletes who are training for
whitewater slalom competition. BCE membership runs on a
calendar year basis, starting Nov.1 of the previous year.
Dues are as follows:
• Individual Membership: $50 plus
12 hours of volunteer service or $100 without volunteer
service.
• Family Membership: Individual membership
as above (for 1st family member), plus $20 for each additional
Dickerson Paddler (pink or blue card)
or $10 for each non-paddler (white card).
If new family members are added, a new Mirant wavier must
be submitted for each.
• Visiting members of recognized racing organizations:
$40 for two months of Dickerson admission (If more than
two months Dickerson use is required, an individual membership
must be purchased).
• Dickerson User Fee: Participants
in non-BCE coached Dickerson programs will pay a $5 per
day user fee. The fee will be collected by the program coach,
such as Liquid Adventures Kayak School. (Visiting racers
with two month memberships are excluded from the User Fee.)

When entering the Dickerson facility,
a driver’s license, passport or other legal identification
must be presented. Minors must be accompanied by an adult
who possesses, at minimum, a white membership card.
