BCE is a USA Canoe/Kayak (USACK) Whitewater Slalom Training Center. Membership dues help the BCE provide financial support, training facilities and coaching to dedicated athletes who are training for whitewater slalom competition. BCE membership runs on a calendar year basis, starting Nov.1 of the previous year. Dues are as follows:

Individual Membership: $50 plus 12 hours of volunteer service or $100 without volunteer service.

• Family Membership:
Individual membership as above (for 1st family member), plus $20 for each additional Dickerson Paddler (pink or blue card) or $10 for each non-paddler (white card). If new family members are added, a new Mirant wavier must be submitted for each.

• Visiting members of recognized racing organizations: $40 for two months of Dickerson admission (If more than two months Dickerson use is required, an individual membership must be purchased).

• Dickerson User Fee: Participants in non-BCE coached Dickerson programs will pay a $5 per day user fee. The fee will be collected by the program coach, such as Liquid Adventures Kayak School. (Visiting racers with two month memberships are excluded from the User Fee.)

Membership dues help the BCE provide financial support, training facilities and coaching to dedicated athletes who are training for whitewater slalom competition.
