Mirant Dickerson Whitewater Course
BCE Member Rules

1. Course Hours:
a. Seven days per week; dawn to dusk;
b. Must leave Mirant property no later than dusk;
2. On the Course:
a. Must wear a life vest and helmet within the low fence surrounding the course;
b. No public nudity;
c. No dangerous or disrespectful conduct;
3. Temporary Closures:
a. Watch BCE website for current information;
4. Access Conditions:
a. Two or more Blue Card holders may train together;
b. Pink Card holders must be under the direction of a Green Card Coach;
c. White Card holders may not paddle;
5. Course Access Route:
a. Follow access route signs and directions;
b. Use pull-over areas to accommodate trucks;
c. Obey flagmen traffic directions;
d. Obey speed limits;
6. Security:
a. All rules will be strictly enforced and any violation will result in an athlete being barred from future access to the course;
b. Keep access card current;
c. Do not assist non-members in gaining access to the course.
